Great Gatsby
Our Great Gatsby Theme is the perfect setting for your Gala Dinner at the end of your conference. With a rich assortment of art deco props, period set pieces, backlit panels, drapes, statues, balustrades and a working fountain – this theme is a favourite with our corporate clients.
Super Hero
Our Super Hero Theme brings out the best in your team and is a great theme to support motivational and team building experiences in your conference. With colourful cutouts of super heros, sneaky villains with dynamite, a Mad Scientist Bar for beverage service – and fantastic lighting by Sydney Event Services. Alice in Wonderland
Alice in Wonderland is a whimsical theme that is great for a gala dinner. Take your guests down the rabbit hole into a land of oversized cups, lollipops, rabbits, mushrooms and pink flamingoes. This theme scales well for small an large rooms and has some spectacular painted backdrops that will wow your guests.
Add topiary, an assortment of mushrooms and toadstools, indoor grass and grass covered furniture. In the blink of an eye the room is transformed into a Wonderland complete the theme with giant teacups, flamingos, oversized rabbits, large playing card cut outs, giant lollypops and colourful butterflies.
Hollywood
Our Hollywood props set the scene for a directorial debut or a glittering awards ceremony where celebrities walk the red carpet and pose for paparazzi. This theme is always popular for trade shows, event spectaculars, gala dinners, photo ops, themed parties and training session and can easily be tailored to suit your venue and budget.
Circus
Brightly painted circus podiums, plinths, funny mirrors, animal cages, hay bales, barrels and sideshow alley features are used to style the space. Add a Box Office, pretzel stand and kissing booth along with a chocolate wheel and raffle barrel to engage and surprise your guests. Complete the theme with exotic animals such as zebras, elephants, giraffes, rhinoceros, lions, tigers; colourful carousel horses, a strong man and a variety of clowns and acrobats. Food service carts and sellers trays can be supplied as well as tables and seating, table decor, lighting, star cloths, velvet drapes and red carpet.
Jungle
Our Jungle Theme is defintely a crowd favourite. A place where exotic wild animals lurk within the shadows of the deepest darkest jungles and ancient ruins can be discovered rising out from the jungle undergrowth. Our series of jungle inspired backdrops green and lush, feature hidden glades with bubbling streams, waterfalls and twisting hanging vines.
Well suited for both large and small venues, set the scene for your event with a rustic wooden foot bridge, stone statues, temple ruins and a selection of rocks and boulders that form hidden caves and grottos amongst the large tree trunks and lush foliage. The tropical jungle is filled with a variety of palms, bamboo, exotic flowering species and dense ground covers whilst lianas hang from the dark forest canopy.

Content Creation
Our extensive facility at 16 Carrington Road Marrickville houses a selection of unique photographic studios, each with their own character and special features. The arrangement right within Sydney Props gives creatives ready access to props, sets and workshop facilities – resources found nowhere else in Sydney.
Many of our clients take advantage of this inhouse facility to further develop their marketing material in conjunction with their corporate event planning. Our studios are set up for video and stills, and offer pre-dressed (propped-up) sets which are real time-savers.
Pre-dressed Sets
Studio 7 and 8 offer a selection of pre-dressed sets that make light work for photographers and videographers looking to shoot promos and fashion shots.
Green Screen
Our Studio 5 Green Screen is great for pieces to camera where you want to drop in another background later – for example you can shoot a segment in front of green screen and then seamlessly drop in the live feed from your event. We can help you get the result you need.
Rehearsal Space
Studio 1 Warehouse is our largest studio and very popular with creatives shooting music videos – and as a rehearsal space for dance numbers. If you are working on a production number for your next event – this is an ideal space to choose. With ready access to props and lighting, a large kitchen and change rooms with shower facility – this is the go-to space for promos and dance rehearsals.
The Pipeline
Studio 3 Pipeline is a small-form-factor powerhouse studio that is ideal for creating promo stills and fashion photography. An economical use of speace, this studio has a dual character – with white infinity cyc and a rustic setfinished interior – both work to give you some tantalising options.
If you are looking for an edge to raise the bar on promoting your next event – this studio has the resources to create the images you want. Air conditioned, makeup and change room and a giant client vestibule – make this studio one of our most popular for still shoots.
