Craig Watson here, General Manager of the Sydney Props Group and recently appointed to the board of directors of MEA (Meetings and Events Australia), also holding the role on that board as treasurer.

One thing you need to know about me – I love working in events! I love the people, the passion, the pizzaz, the technology, the competitiveness, the “we can do anything” attitude – it’s that spirit that fuels my day.

I decided to stand for the MEA board and get involved more widely within our industry to connect with other like-minded professionals and organisations. I see MEA as our industry association and its purpose is to represent all our members, sponsors and associates.
